Caretown USA offers an internal SMS notification program exclusively for our employees (trained care home staff who provide short-term staffing support to care homes).

Messages are sent solely to support efficient staffing operations and employee coordination. This is not a consumer marketing program—messages are limited to employees who have explicitly opted in.

Consent is voluntary, explicit, and revocable. We maintain records of all opt-ins for compliance.

Message frequency varies based on operational needs but is generally low (e.g., 4-8 per week). We do not send promotional or marketing messages.
